OTTOcean Refund Policy – IPTV Service

Please understand and accept that OTTOcean cannot provide refunds for technical issues unless we have the opportunity to try to resolve them. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, or if there is 48 hours of downtime, we will provide a refund. For assistance, please contact our 24/7 live support at any time.

Refund Timeframe

Full refunds may only be issued within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, partial refunds will be processed based on the used period of the subscription.

Payment Processing

If you paid using a credit card, refunds are generally processed and returned to your bank account within 15 to 20 working days. In some cases, refunds may take longer, up to 90 days, due to the payment provider. OTTOcean is not responsible for delays in processing, as we are only the IPTV service provider.

Refund Conditions

  • Full refunds are only for purchases made within 72 hours.
  • Partial refunds are issued for purchases older than 72 hours based on subscription usage.
  • The OTTOcean support team will contact users in all refund cases.
