OTTOcean provides an online video streaming service that allows clients to browse live and on-demand content. By accessing or using any OTTOcean services, you acknowledge and consent to these Terms and Conditions.

Usage & Service Terms

You may not directly or indirectly re-stream, distribute, broadcast, or transmit OTTOcean content through any device, software, website, or service.

Third-Party Purchases

Transactions with third-party vendors accessed through our Service are solely between you and the vendor. OTTOcean is not responsible for these transactions.

Quality of Streams

Stream quality depends on your internet connection, device capabilities, location, number of connected devices, selected content, and device configuration. OTTOcean cannot guarantee content quality under all circumstances. Sharing subscriptions may result in permanent suspension or device bans.

Used Balance

All subscriptions and credits are final and non-refundable.

VPN or Proxy Usage

VPN or proxy usage is allowed while connecting to OTTOcean servers.

Accuracy of Information

All information you submit must be accurate and up-to-date. Keep your passwords secure; OTTOcean agents will never ask for them. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Compatibility

Accessing the services requires devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements outlined in our Help Center.

Internet Service & Data Usage

You are responsible for all costs associated with your internet access while using our services.

Sharing a Subscription

Sharing subscriptions is prohibited. Only one active stream is allowed per subscription. Additional subscriptions can be purchased for multiple device access.

Purchase Details

Purchases must follow the ordering procedures on our Service. Pricing and payment procedures are displayed on the Service and may change without notice.

Suspension & Downtime

Your access may be suspended during unscheduled downtime or unavailability of the services. OTTOcean reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access at any time if you breach these Terms or violate any applicable law.

Trademarks

The OTTOcean logo, trademarks, graphics, and scripts are the property of OTTOcean. No OTTOcean trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited without permission.
